Return Policy
Unless
otherwise stated, items ordered from AccordionsOnly.com may be
returned provided the customer adheres to the following procedure.
All merchandise, except electronic tuners (Sabine), printed
or recorded material and special ordered instruments may be returned for a refund of the
purchase price, (excluding shipping/handling costs and Paypal
fees) if the customer emails for Return Authorization and
merchandise the harp within seven (7) days upon receipt of
merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges
both ways. For items with shipping included in the price, the
customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and
handling. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the
agreed time, otherwise, a restock fee of 20% would apply.
All claims for damage or defects
must be made within two (2) business days of receipt by
email.

proper authorization number written on the outside of the package
will not be accepted. |

resalable condition. |
| Return items must be sent in the
original packaging or carton, and must include original receipt of
purchase. |
| Customer must provide adequate insurance on
return items. |
| Return items must be
received back within fourteen (14) working days of receiving
merchandise. |
| Shipping, Ebay or Paypal
Fees will be deducted from your purchase price to arrive at your
refund amount. |
| Please note that Accordions ordered especially
for you may not be returnable or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
